Once you register, we’ll contact you to book your start date and welcome you to the MajorFitness community.

Step 2 – Your Body Diagnostic Scan

On your first day we’ll meet you before the session to complete your Body Diagnostic Scan.

This scan gives us key information including:

Body composition
Weight and measurements
Metabolic data

This allows us to build a personalised nutrition plan based on your body, not guesswork.


Step 3 – Your Personalised Nutrition Targets

Using your scan results, we calculate the right calorie and protein targets for your body.

This ensures you lose fat while maintaining muscle and metabolism, which is the key to results that actually last rather than temporary dieting.


Step 4 – Your First MajorFitness Session

Before the workout begins, your coach will explain exactly what to expect so you feel relaxed and confident.

You’ll also be introduced to some of our friendly members who will help guide and support you through your first session.

Step 5 – Coaching, Support & Accountability

From there, it’s simple.

At MajorFitness we cater for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced. Our Personal Training Team are experts at ensuring to work at the correct level for you.

What happens after the 6 weeks

Many of our clients continue on to membership after the first 6 weeks to continue their rapid progress. All of the options will be explained in your "Success Appointment" which is normally held in week 2 or 3.
